Baby Bug is delightful … The little girl who is receiving Baby Bug loves getting it each month! It is an excellent publication. As for my experience, I ordered a magazine from Cricket Media, and it is being delivered — just as it should be!

The articles are excellent and so are… The articles are excellent and so are the pictures. They are high quality magazines that intrigue and engage young people.

I never received my magazines!!! I never received my magazines!!!! When I can find a moment I will be canceling all subscriptions as I have never received any. I paid at the beginning of January.

Follow to "PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE" This is follow up to my earlier review titled "PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE" - this company promised me a refund for the order I described in my first review. I was told the refund would be sent to the credit card account used to place the order, and to allow two billing cycles for it to be received. FOUR MONTHS LATER...no refund has been issued to my account. USE CAUTION DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Impressive magazine I was able to sit down with my grandkids and share their first issue of Cricket. I was very impressed with the timeliness of the articles (this time it was around the total eclipse), the variety of articles, the different reading levels and the lack of ads. Bravo for not filling young minds with unnecessary ads.
