After the 4th time I requested a pdf version for my purchase for a BMW F01 2009 740i model automatic 3litre turbo e54 engine. Which they stated this is the download speed you purchased to obtain the manual. Absolute unfair ethics. I shouldn't have to ask numerous times. Send me the pdf version
