I was concerned about a charge I was concerned about a charge that the company said was recurring. Camille looked into it and confirmed that it was non-recurring and she even sent me an email confirming it was a one time charge. NO response to Query Over a considerable period of time every time I made a purchase my credit card was charged twice.I had no control when I agreed to a purchase the charges went thru automatically.I contacted the company & advised them my problem. They were to investigate & get back to me in a short time. I contacted the Company after more than a month I could not find my problem I am not happy.

Working with Customer Service It so happened that I purchased a subscription on the site, which turned out not to be necessary for me. I canceled it and was upset about the money I wasted. But I decided to contact the customer service department, where they answered me quickly and in one evening I did get my money back for the canceled subscription
