This company is a scam This company is a scam. Don't believe anything they say. The leads are all fake people who never respond or follow through even when they've agreed to contract. They all go ghost. All the numbers were basically Google numbers.. thus company states it doesn't guarantee results. And read your supposedly contracts if they ever gave you one thoroughly . Ageras Negative Reviews Does NOT… Ageras Negative Reviews Does NOT provide the leads promised The salesperson promised me I have a 30 days cancellation policy and promises a 30% closing ratio I agreed to work with Ageras for leads in 03/2021, they have failed to deliver the leads that were promised and refuse cancel the service or refund me for their failure. They keep extending my contract to give them time to fulfill, but they have forced me to pay them even though they have not provided the leads per the terms of the contract. this company need to be out of business Bad customer service fails to meet the customer expectations in terms of service Please Look the BBB Review Review Review online don't do business with this company NO Consumer Services Do NOT sign up for their lead gen service. You will be disappointed.

Ageras' communication is not good Was targeted with an ad on Instagram for Ageras. Tried referring Ageras business from Wall Street and they fumbled it away. My referral called, emailed and used webchat and could not get a person to answer about pricing (which is missing from their website) when needed. Their website shows multiple account managers, but the account manager that emailed me said he is the only one at the company that could have this call with my referral, and he wasn't working that day and wouldn't be able to call for a couple days. Unacceptable.

big waste of time and money They have a great deal of turnover and you never know who you are dealing with. They make promises and do not keep them. They send you leads with little or no relevant information so you do not know how to quote them. I was able to get 2 clients in all the time i worked with them Big waste of time and money and I would not recommmend them if you are a professional and want to deal with a professional firm Bad decision on my part will hope to save others to steer away from them

I used this website to find an accountant I first had a negative experience, but after they got to know about the difficulty I faced, they reached out to me and helped me even more than one would normally would expect. I used this website to find an accountant to help me with my tax filing. They gave suggested an accountant, and told me that the suggested person has a lot of experience handling tax filing for F-1 visa holders. Also, Ageras told me they will be sending me a gift card once I confirm to work with the accountant they recommended. However, a month past my confirmation, I had not received it, and I had no luck receiving an answer after probably 3-4 times emailing them and 3-4 times calling them, which sent me over to voice message each time. However, once they got to know about my bad experience through the review I left, they emailed me and apologized for the bad experience. Turns out that the gift card was sent to the wrong email address. Also, since the accountant they previously suggested had postponed the work for 2-3 weeks, they offered to find another accountant for me to prepare my tax return and file it, completely paid by Ageras. The accountant they hired for this time was very experienced and prepared my tax return probably in a week, and very easy to work with. They also sent me a $50 gift card as they promised at the beginning. I really appreciate that they handled the situation in a responsible manner and I'm changing my review to 5 stars because of that.
