Quite honestly, I did not know Discount Magazines existed until I was somehow directed to your site while in the process of ordering a magazine subscription. So glad your site became available. GBI HAD TO COME ON AND SAY THANKS I have subscribed to Discount Mags for years at various times including a hunting and trucking magazine for my special needs cousin who loved the pictures and turned out to be the best gift anyone could have given him. I recently ordered a magazine for a year and I have discussed with Customer service over the years and today by email for the first time and the service has been so great. They are efficient, prompt and really nice to talk with. No issues whatsoever with any of my subscriptions and just wanted to take a moment to let others know if you're thinking about getting a magazine etc, you won't be dissatisfied. GBBest deals, best service, website access is great! I got many enticing offers in the mail and started to doubt my subscriptions with you were valuable. But prompted by your c/s agent, decided to analyze further and found that when I add on the efficiency of your service, there is no better deal. I can log on at any time to see my status within the subscription & see when $ is due. The individual magazine's own sites hide this info so you never know your status.

GBThat DiscountMags.com is a 3rd party company I tried to change the Delivery name and address for the Us Magazine to coincide with the People Magazine in which I ordered at the same time. Your system allowed me to correct the address but not the name. I then requested assistance via e-mail and was informed that I had to call Us Magazine directly and was given the number to call. As per the representative that she talked to, she informed me that she could not change it and that I needed to have you change it because DiscountMags is considered a 3rd party company. I sent this message to DiscountMags via e-mail and am waiting for a response. I have been trying to change this since I placed the order on 1/3/2024.

GBReally bad Really bad. Added to subscription to New Yorker in December and have not received anything since then. Confirmation email said "Your current subscription will be extended**:Between 02/18/2021 and 03/18/2021" and "Please allow 4-6 weeks for the renewal to be tacked on to the account." It's almost May. Excuses when we email. The COVID response is getting really old--how exactly does COVID screw up making some changes on a computer so badly? UPDATE: About 2 1/2 weeks after this review the magazine began coming again.
