Stellar customer service!!!! I've had excellent customer service through an email exchange and cannot say enough great things! Price beats the direct magazine company pricing every time. And their customer service is top notch.

Top Representative, JODI On July 15, 2021 I spoke with Jodi at discount magazines about my 46 separate magazine accounts, showing multiple order numbers. She was AWSOME!! Took over 1 hour of her time to walk me through each and every account and letting me know the best rate, when the accounts merged, extended due dates and so much more!! She had patience, empathy, didn't rush me, listened and answered my questions over and over. I would recommend Jodi for a very special KUDOS for all of the above and more than I can express, she is an OUTSTANDING Customer Representative for Discount Magazines. Thank you.

Wealth of magazines and ease of ordering My experience was great primarily because of the ease with which I was able to subscribe to a magazine. Quite honestly, I did not know Discount Magazines existed until I was somehow directed to your site while in the process of ordering a magazine subscription. So glad your site became available. I am hoping my order works out well. And, if it does - which as a first time user I must take into account - I will order again. I am impressed by the breadth of magazines you offer. Thank you!

That DiscountMags.com is a 3rd party company I tried to change the Delivery name and address for the Us Magazine to coincide with the People Magazine in which I ordered at the same time. Your system allowed me to correct the address but not the name. I then requested assistance via e-mail and was informed that I had to call Us Magazine directly and was given the number to call. As per the representative that she talked to, she informed me that she could not change it and that I needed to have you change it because DiscountMags is considered a 3rd party company. I sent this message to DiscountMags via e-mail and am waiting for a response. I have been trying to change this since I placed the order on 1/3/2024.

This company is what is known as a… This company is what is known as a subscription trap. I have attempted to contact them to cancel subscriptions because I found out they automatically renew at a much higher rate. This was not explained initially. I have contacted the Apple Card people and will wait for their results. I also plan to contact the Ohio State attorney General‘s office for consumer fraud, and let them know what has happened. Evidently, this is a common ploy unknown to me.
