Because of this Farm and Ranch magazine publisher listened to Discount Mags and fixed the problem. This is why I always subscribe to my many magazines with the professionals at Discount Mags and will continue for many years to come. I also tell my friends about your website at Discount Mags. PTPrices for subscriptions are great Prices for subscriptions are great. My renewal dates did not match up and they worked with the publisher to fix it. I got updated often while it was being sorted out.

GBNo magazine in almost a year This company is joke. Did a 3 year renewal back in November 2021. Never received a single issue. Contacted customer service in mid February. Was told can't do a 3 year renewal anymore. Was refunded 1 year and they set up a new 2 year subscription. Was given brand new order number. June 1st and still no magazine. Checked account orders today and order number not even listed. This company has totally dropped the ball again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! There are others out there that WILL actually do what they say and offer. Very disappointed

GBReally bad Really bad. Added to subscription to New Yorker in December and have not received anything since then. Confirmation email said "Your current subscription will be extended**:Between 02/18/2021 and 03/18/2021" and "Please allow 4-6 weeks for the renewal to be tacked on to the account." It's almost May. Excuses when we email. The COVID response is getting really old--how exactly does COVID screw up making some changes on a computer so badly? UPDATE: About 2 1/2 weeks after this review the magazine began coming again.

Took over 1 hour of her time to walk me through each and every account and letting me know the best rate, when the accounts merged, extended due dates and so much more!! She had patience, empathy, didn't rush me, listened and answered my questions over and over.
