GBSo very pleased... I would say my experience with Shortlist has been nothing short of wonderful. It really streamlines the process for everyone involved; from the billing department to the consultants and analysts that use it. It is really beautiful simplicity. My POC is always responsive and open to new ideas or suggestions we have. It's impossible to tailor something to fit the exact needs of everyone but I feel as though they put in the effort to get as close as possible. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Shortlist to anyone looking for a new platform or really just a breath of fresh air.

GBSTAY AWAY FROM SHORTLIST!!!! The whole platform should be trashed. I don't think it can even be salvaged or upgraded enough to be usable. Simply put, it is very cumbersome to use. It is not user friendly, and the coders really didn't think through the design/functionality of the platform, but rather focused more on the "look" of the platform. It could have been something really great- if they had put more time in ensuring it was user friendly. My process of paying independent contractors has increased about 50% in processing time (this means maintaining paperwork, getting invoices, making payments, etc.) - so I LOSE a lot of time due to the sheer absurdity they call a platform. Oh, they will "offer" to take care of these payments for you. But it comes at a cost. $4/per transaction. So if you're going through 500 contractors in a month, you're forking over $2,000 a month JUST for them to pay your independent contractors for you. What a rip off. My suggestion is don't do what my company did and rush into getting this platform because "it's cheaper than the others." Make sure you get a platform that does a good job and isn't so cumbersome, you literally want to jump out of your 5th floor office window. Since the time it takes for me to manage the financial aspect of this platform increased to 50% more of my time, this means I don't have enough time to take care of my other duties because of this platform. The customer support SUCKS. Simply put, they just don't care. They will give you feeble suggestions that you already know will not work because you've already tried it. Your efficiency with this platform WILL DECREASE. This platform will COST YOU MORE MONEY than you bargained for. Remember, time is money. Stay away from ShortList!

FRSome kinks, but got there in the end Great idea and the interface is super smooth, the execution was just a little stop-start. I had an ongoing issue with a payment coming through, possibly because I'm based outside of the US. After months of back and forth this was resolved. Not ideal, but no harm done. I have no doubt the system will continue to be improved and its kinks ironed out.

GBThe Shortlist team has gone above and… The Shortlist team has gone above and beyond many times. Most recently I had a few urgent questions that I needed answered and Soobin Kang personally called me outside of typical business hours and made sure I got everything I needed figured out. He continues to check in and make sure that my experience is nothing but the best. The product is amazing, but the customer service is even better. I can't say enough great things about the Shortlist team.
