Feels Like It's Still in the Kickstarter Phase Worksuite is great for a company's accounting department, but from an editorial manager's standpoint, the platform is a clunky mess. It's very difficult to monitor invoice delivery and processing, see invoice history and bulk monthly tallies, and update contact information. Couple that with some payment delays, and I wish my company didn't implement this platform.

I like Shortlist, but... I like Shortlist, but there are a lot of problems. No sooner do w get one thing fixed and then something else comes up. I'd be a lot happier if I knew from one day to the next that Shortlist wasn't going to go down or some feature wasn't going to be screwed up.

Some kinks, but got there in the end Great idea and the interface is super smooth, the execution was just a little stop-start. I had an ongoing issue with a payment coming through, possibly because I'm based outside of the US. After months of back and forth this was resolved. Not ideal, but no harm done. I have no doubt the system will continue to be improved and its kinks ironed out.

Shortlist is a superb freelancer… Shortlist is a superb freelancer platform, with new features being released regularly. I highly recommend it.
