Auto renewal comes with no warning or messages The service auto-renews, even if you cancel it on the renewal date. So I was charged for an entire year. The customer support links are circular and never provide an actual contact method. Book selection is for early readers, not good for kids as they get to middle age.

Brady's books What an amazing experience for children. I was Leary about spending this kind of money, but it is well worth it. Thank you Epic for giving my Grandson, Brady, this great opportunity. I would most definitely recommend this website. You'll be happy that you did. Love the awards the children receive. Nice incentive. Thanks again.

Super Cool Books & Topics! Super cool books and topics! We see a large amount of books that interest us all, and they are great reads. We like the reader level categories too! Their series collections are quite nice as well. Something that we would like to see is The Advanced Reader (AR) point system included in the book description/information.

Not worth it Not worth it. No challenging content for kids trying to grow their reading skills. Limited library overall. Save your money, go to your local library and give your kids the life long value of discovering actual books, not just regurgitated branded lowest common denominator content. Also, their customer support turnaround times are terrible and their answers not helpful.

I haven't been able to log in for some… Update: I was finally contacted by someone at Epic, and my issue has been resolved. My daughter does really enjoy the site, and they use it at our local public school. *** I haven't been able to log in for some time. The password reset option through the website hasn't worked despite multiple attempts. I have submitted a ticket through your automated system and haven't been contacted. Please help me get this resolved.
