GBVinyl Awesomeness!!! Just the experience from start to fininsh was more than anyone could have hoped for. In this day and age where it seems customer service has really deteriorated greatly, this company proved there is hope in outreach and in quality product creation and productivity.

GBUnresponsive customer service but a solid product. Their customer service has issues, I ordered in November and despite my inquiries, I didn't hear from them until half way through December. they said that my order "Fell through the cracks" and did not receive the record until the 29th of December. I will say the quality of the record I received is fantastic. if you do buy from them keep in mind that 45 days with almost 30 of no contact seems to be their current rate.

GBI placed my order in NOVEMBER I placed my order in NOVEMBER. Customer Support has been next to non existent. When searching order number on their site it says order can’t be found. Last update was that label was made so i wasn’t given the option to upgrade my shipping yet here we are another week passed and still hasn’t shipped?? why have a label made if the product isn’t even ready to ship?? I paid for express processing. waste of money considering it didn’t speed it up AT ALL. no one is even responding anymore. pretty sure this is 100% a SCAM. Safe to say i’m extremely disappointed and will be filing a chargeback.

CASo easy! The website was super easy to navigate and gave me basically a full range of customization! My vinyl came pretty quick considering I ordered it during the holiday season. It came in great quality!

GBEverything that could've possibly gone… Everything that could've possibly gone wrong, did go wrong. I spent nearly $30 on a custom CD to receive it in a case that has a HUGE crack down the center plus other small scratches, AND TERRIBLE quality photos with ABSOLUTELY NO SET LIST! Never will buy from this company again.
