Great Company I ordered a vinyl and was truly unsure of what to expect. The product I received is better than what I imagined. The sound is crisp and clear, the design process was easy, and the artwork came out perfect. Cannot recommend this company enough! Such a unique gift and it was so easy!

This business is extremely… This business is extremely unprofessional. Their customer service is horrendous and it takes forever to get a resolution. I ordered 2 records totaling in over $300 plus rush shipping and there is no way to get updated on where in the process my order is? Furthermore, once I realized that I wouldn't get my order in time, even with rush delivery, I asked for a refund. When they finally responded, I was told there were no refunds due to the personalization process and that my records were "most likely" in the process. A month later I get a random email now stating that my records need further editing because the time exceeds the limit, but they can just refund me since it might take another 20 days before it ships. I responded with questions and am sure it will take another 20 days to get a proper response. Save yourselves and use another company. The stress is not worth it. Horrible experience.

Rips you off with priority processing and express shipping! Took over a month and that was with paying for priority processing and express shipping. Updates were vague and of no help. When it finally arrived 3 days after Christmas I noticed it was shipped UPS ground! That is not express shipping. Had it truly been shipped express like I paid for it probably would have arrived on time. Also took over a month, is that priority processing because they quote that time for regular orders. This company lacks integrity. They promise faster processing and shipping then don't deliver but take your money for it. They state 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Not satisfied.
