They fooled me that they are a real… They fooled me that they are a real publishing company. NO! This is a vanity press: a huge fee and very little true market value. I KNOW I'm still listed as an author, but it's a one-year deal that is far too bloated with promises and very little business value. Avoid at all possibilities!

My Ten Year Experience Rushmore took my ten year experience in writing Madam Vice President (MVP) and made it worthwhile. After publication, all the independent reviewers have given MVP a five star rating. At the beginning, when I tried to reach other publishers or agents to express some interest in MVP, most did not even acknowledge my request and none showed any interest. Then Richard Shaw decided my book was a "winner" and has brought my book to fruition. Besides that, every individual at Rushmore has carried through on what they have promised. I have done my part and so has Rushmore.

The customer service is outstanding. Both Michael Yang and Beth Oliver are kind, very professional and knowledgeable. They listen to my concerns, provided feedback, guidance and suggestions. They respond within a timely manner to my emails and phone calls. The creation of my book cover is outstanding! The cover designer captured my thoughts and ideas amazingly. Great Work! I am extremely happy with this company (thus far). I am looking forward to the final release of this first project and a long successful future with more to come as a member of the Rushmore family. I strongly recommend this company if you are searching for a company who truly cares about you as a customer and one that will work hard to treat you as a family member.

Rushmore Press has provided an…opportunity and the help I needed to reach my dreams Rushmore Press has provided an excellent opportunity that I believe will generate the missing link in my writing career. Everything cost money right? But I have learned not every dollar spent was returned or worth the cost. Rushmore is a different breed. The biggest difference that sets Rushmore Press apart from others is the ability to help me meet my goals realistically and knowing that I didn't write my book overnight. It takes time and people working together to move a mountain. At Rushmore Press I found people who honestly care about there work and my success. This is a journey, not a race. Enjoy it!
