Rushmore Press has not responded to my request for updates on my book sales. Can someone from Rushmore Press contact me concerning book sales as soon as possible? I talked with 11 other Rushmore authors… I talked with 11 other Rushmore authors this week. Same story. No royalties are being paid. Zero. Contract says quarterly payments. I’ve been asking them to stop selling my book for 8 months but it’s still being offered on Amazon and dozens of other sites. I’ll get into it with a bunch of you on the blog. They are crooks. Rushmore Press has provided an…opportunity and the help I needed to reach my dreams Rushmore Press has provided an excellent opportunity that I believe will generate the missing link in my writing career. Everything cost money right? But I have learned not every dollar spent was returned or worth the cost. Rushmore is a different breed. The biggest difference that sets Rushmore Press apart from others is the ability to help me meet my goals realistically and knowing that I didn't write my book overnight. It takes time and people working together to move a mountain. At Rushmore Press I found people who honestly care about there work and my success. This is a journey, not a race. Enjoy it!

Enormous Disappointment I could not be more dissatisfied with my Rushmore experience. It took about a year longer than expected for them to get my book published (and that is after I had published with Authorhouse which was a better experience but Rushmore promised me more royalties!). So far, one year later, I have received NOTHING...no royalties, no communication except someone from Rushmore trying to sell me another "deal". like an ad in the New York Times?? Nope. I am very disappointed. The time frame was horrible and I paid out my money and my end of things and I really wish I could see something in return...because I know a lot of people contacting me that they bought my book!
