As many have said… As many have said, they quote you a high amount (for something you noted as being a USED book) and then once sent in they’re “rejected” for BEING USED and you can’t do anything about it since it costs money to get your books back. Scamming college kids who are just trying to make 1/5 of the $ back they spent on textbooks is pretty messed up to me. Will never use again.

I sold an old textbook through to… I sold an old textbook through to recover some money after the last semester and received my payment through paypal. I didn't have to contact customer service, but everything went without issue.

Scammers! Scammers!! Send them books in PERFECT condition, they lie and claim 'rejected.' If you get scammed by them, be sure to file a BBB complaint as well as a consumer complaint with the Arkansas State Attorney General's office.

I would give them 0 stars if possible I would give them 0 stars if possible. I should have known something was off when I got a higher quote than any other legitimate place. Got an email that my return was rejected due to water damage. The book was in good used condition when it left my house and most definitely did not have water damage. Then they want to charge me to have it returned to me. Unreal. Wish I would have gone with the reputable buy back resources and taken the lesser money right from the start.
