GBI hired them to design my character for… I hired them to design my character for a book cover. They took an image offline which was a picture of a model from his website when I reverse image searched it because I wasn't comfortable with it. They kept putting me off saying they will design one though that's what they were supposed to do from the beginning. It's now been 2 months and still being blown off. Like Carrie above said, they tried to say they were refunding my money in 14 days and to change my review. I said no because they never did anyway, the credit card charge was disputed and ruled in my favor.
