They took an image offline which was a picture of a model from his website when I reverse image searched it because I wasn't comfortable with it. They kept putting me off saying they will design one though that's what they were supposed to do from the beginning. It's now been 2 months and still being blown off. Like Carrie above said, they tried to say they were refunding my money in 14 days and to change my review. I said no because they never did anyway, the credit card charge was disputed and ruled in my favor.

Still disappointed, and still waiting on a refund. Thought I'd write a follow up review regarding the editing that was never completed on my manuscript and the several emails assuring me that I'd get my money back. I didn't. On another note, I used Reedsy to find an editor and spent the same amount of money I gave to AWG for nothing. The editing was outstanding. I recommend checking alternate editing services so you can avoid the experience I had.
