GBGreat Product. I have mixed feelings about this company. Firstly I would like to say that the product itself, the lean to, is top quality. Decent wood and parts and is fairly easy to assemble if you really put a lot of time planning it out before putting it up, it took two days for 2 of us for the 6x3m. The Product itself I’d say is 5 stars. The company however, really need to improve on their customer service/support, the other comments are spot on, they do not respond to emails quickly and they certainly never answer the phones. I had some questions regarding the instructions but gave up and had to guess and when your working on this you want to speak to someone. In Short the product is amazing but because of the lack of customer support on the phone I would only recommend using them if you’re a confident builder, but if you do get stuck or have questions you’re on your own.

GBCompany sent incorrect size parts and… Company sent incorrect size parts and refused to support with their error. Terrible service and all they needed to do was replace the erroneous parts they sent. They advised that they only allow 48 hours after delivery for items to be checked, but this is clearly contrary to trading standards which they shall find out soon enough.

GBMixed review I would liked to have given a more positive review as TG Supplies products and costs appear good and competitive and their delivery cost is exceptional That’s the good news!! Unfortunately if it was possible to give zero stars I would have. The company does not answer the telephone!!! 21 attempts over 5 days. When they do answer on line chats they rarely ever answer the question asked. Despite paying TG Supplies for delivery they take no responsibility for any delivery issues. TG Supplies would do well to find another courier as DX Express are certainly not doing them any favours.

GBCustomer service disgusting Customer service after delivery is disgusting .. Opened a return request, after opening well packed roof sheets they were all twisted & had to buy more from Roof Giant, £200 wasted .. Sent photos and asked then to review, not even a reply they simply closed the case.. So if you have an issue don’t expect good aftercare or even a response ! Buy elsewhere .. The response below is now only provided as I have left a review which is a true encounter of their services. If the response below is your assumption, then why did you not respond to my case when I created one. You simply shut it with no reply .. The items where stored in a van during the heatwave and transported to us, when we opened the items 1 month after delivery, the panels were in that condition. The pictures clearly shows the original wrapping. Your response as I have left the review, only reinforces how you deal with return requests badly and make assumptions without any form of contact.

GBAvoid at all cost's I ordered polycarbonate and trimmings, for well over £800. Before I placed the order they couldn't be more accommodation and said 'it will be with you in 3-5 days' I made it clear I had a carpenter booked. After the order was paid, the service was shocking and just dropped away. It was very long waiting times for delivery (3weeks) lack of customer service/care and lax response (telephone and email). They wouldn't give me a time slot or day for delivery. Unbelievably I had to help a grumpy lone driver, carry 4×3 metre heavy sheets up a long rd in wind and rain. And to top it of, the polycarbonate was very poor quality, air bubbles and marks all over. The company don't care and will take absolutely 0% responsibility. They will keep referring back to their terms and conditions in a sarcastic automated response. I have summarised my experience here so its not to long winded. I don’t usually leave reviews BUT I would avoid this company at all cost and spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.
