Dont buy. New customer received CLoudbox it… New customer received CLoudbox it worked for a few days I chatted with support which took 45 minutes to begin conversation to verify audio did not work. Agent did not send replacement box and put on hold for shipment and I returned old one? Luckily I followed up a week later to find new one hadn't shipped for grand opening. Canceled it. Dont waste the hundred just stream off an old device.

Good stuff Honestly, a great option that's MUCH less expensive than Spotify's business option and still gets the job done plenty well, both with pre-made stations and Pandora stations that I make--especially if I'm willing to hit the like and dislike buttons... this sounds like a scripted review haha but I swear it's a real person... me... Great for Food Halls Cloud Cover has made it easy for us to play music in our food Hall. I bought the Cloud Box and had trouble getting it hooked to the internet so I called technical support and they where awesome. They walked me through the whole process and made sure we were up and running before ending the call. I have made a custom station that plays 10 to 12 stations mixed. Live the verity.

What we like and don't like Great interface that is easy to use. It is nice to set and forget. We don't love some of the music played on stations we thought we would enjoy. We also wish that all of the plans had the ability to limit certain music selections.

The full experience! This system has everything I was looking for and at way less expensive than its competitors. Customer service was great. Ordered and installed the Cloudbox and everything worked as advertised. Thank you!
