INI feel price is high I feel price is high. My experience otherwise has been good. Though there are sometimes issues when switching from sonos to a browser, and vice versa, need to re-authorise sonos, which is an unneeded step I feel. Also I’m not aware how frequently new music gets updated (weekly, monthly, so on) so clarity on that would be appreciated.

GBWhat we like and don't like Great interface that is easy to use. It is nice to set and forget. We don't love some of the music played on stations we thought we would enjoy. We also wish that all of the plans had the ability to limit certain music selections.

GBGreat for Food Halls Cloud Cover has made it easy for us to play music in our food Hall. I bought the Cloud Box and had trouble getting it hooked to the internet so I called technical support and they where awesome. They walked me through the whole process and made sure we were up and running before ending the call. I have made a custom station that plays 10 to 12 stations mixed. Live the verity.
