The staff at the front desk are very… The staff at the front desk are very kind and respectful, I always come in with my kids and they are so kind it’s amazing to see people still value nice customer service ! My daughters enjoy shopping at the little store they have in the front area.

Whoever is in charge of the coin… Whoever is in charge of the coin auctions, always gets back to me in a timely manner and my emails and texts get answered and are very helpful. This was not always the case,as corporate almost always used to mot answer calls, they answer emails.

Great Experience! The site is put together very well and easy to use.The only issue’s I have is that the locations are closed on Weekends and the two day pick up with the store only open for pick up on regular business hours which is hard to pick up when your working the same hours during the day. I wouldn’t have issue to pay a extra fee to pick up on schedule time over the weekend or after hours during the week so I wouldn’t loss the item and the money that was spent for the items due to working. Also be great to have color coded in the description for items that are parts (red), good condition (green), slightly damaged but still works (yellow) so you aware on the bids of the items and don’t have issue on the day of pick up. Except for those small issues the site is great and I enjoy bidding on the items to get great deals!

Bad service at auction Nation at the collection side Auction Nation R21 service is bad on the collection side, auction Nation used to be one of the best in the country. To collect a car it takes nearly 2 hours. People jumping the queue no one seem to be supervising those ladies. Please guys bring back the people who used to run this company. To register for auction takes forever but before it was simple

Really good Auction just needs some tweaks The outdoor heater I bought did not mention on the website that it was dented, but when I picked it up it had a huge sticker saying dented. It would be nice to be able to get items faster, I often spend more than 45 minutes on items
