GBmy auction purchase was not there I went to pick up my auction purchase, a security door) in Mesa.. and they didn’t have it. They don’t know where it went. Then they didn’t give me the second item that I had paid for. I called and let them know, but they never called me back!

GBGreat option for auction items These guys are super easy to work with! They have many super convenient locations all over the valley!! Absolutely love these auctions as a way to supplement my income. Plus it's like Christmas with the pallets!! You never know what you're going to get!!!

GBThe only thing that I would say needs… The only thing that I would say needs to be done better is possibly collect all items in advance and having them ready for the customer. Waiting time is way to long. Especially if we are buying from multiple auction locations. Also, descriptions need to be more detailed and accurate.

GBThe descriptions are not always… The descriptions are not always accurate and the pics should be of the product not a screen shot so we know what we are buying. And don't hide the damage to a poduct. The wait times to pick up are way to long and for no reason.

GBYou didn't get the item but were winning at close?! Have had winning bid at close dozens of times just to find out at pickup that someone bid after close or the item "wasn't available" One of two possibilities here: - their programming sucks and the 3m extension has a que error and/or geosync timing is off -OR they're cherry picking lots and post bidding after close to sell for cash out the back door. Screen shot the winning bidder numbers and watch the pattern
