The only thing that I would say needs… The only thing that I would say needs to be done better is possibly collect all items in advance and having them ready for the customer. Waiting time is way to long. Especially if we are buying from multiple auction locations. Also, descriptions need to be more detailed and accurate.

Really good Auction just needs some tweaks The outdoor heater I bought did not mention on the website that it was dented, but when I picked it up it had a huge sticker saying dented. It would be nice to be able to get items faster, I often spend more than 45 minutes on items

Name brand items minus the name brand price I enjoy finding quality, name-brand items at discounted prices. Generally, you are informed about the item's condition, ie. new, opened box but looks good, etc. Locations are throughout the greater Phoenix area which adds to the unique experience. Also, hours vary depending upon the pick-up location.

Bad service at auction Nation at the collection side Auction Nation R21 service is bad on the collection side, auction Nation used to be one of the best in the country. To collect a car it takes nearly 2 hours. People jumping the queue no one seem to be supervising those ladies. Please guys bring back the people who used to run this company. Need more variety and the stuff you have available now It’s just a weird way of getting things fixed around the house witch So on my days off I work. More auto parts and toys for men, hunting, fishing, camping, extreme sports stuff, that would be awesome!!
