We had a unique project We had a unique project, scripted and recorded in Spanish, we needed Spanish captions. The first company I worked with took four days to say they couldn't handle this project. I called several other captioning services. Video Caption Corporation was the first who said they could do a Spanish video with Spanish captions. One business day later I had exactly what I needed. They were professional on the phone and backed it up with quality captions.

Easy communication Easy communication, good product. We got translation and subtitling done. Major downside was the translation done in formatted Word docs. When we reviewed them it difficult for most reviewers to make edits. This doubled the time of the editing process and frustrated our reviewers. VCC didn't seem to be able to help make the process easier. Wish this portion had been easier. Overall, a good team to work with that could be great with a few tweaks.

Very happy! Filled out an online quote form and got a call back within 10mins. So helpful and patient on the call and process of getting my videos closed captioned was easy and painless. I'll be using Video Caption Corporation again.

What do I do now? Help Video Caption!!! Video Caption helped us out of a very unusual situation. We needed an interview shot in Spanish to have English subtitles added to the footage. None of us spoke Spanish. VC was able to take the English transcript and create subtitles that translated the emotions of the interview.
