At every phase of the process they not only delivered, but went the extra mile for us. I was on a tight deadline and they exceeded my expectations. Easy communication Easy communication, good product. We got translation and subtitling done. Major downside was the translation done in formatted Word docs. When we reviewed them it difficult for most reviewers to make edits. This doubled the time of the editing process and frustrated our reviewers. VCC didn't seem to be able to help make the process easier. Wish this portion had been easier. Overall, a good team to work with that could be great with a few tweaks.
