My mission became OUR mission as soon as I was lucky enough to find this family of professionals at , but not limited to , the Clifton store. they teamed with the Virgina location to troubleshoot my dilemma of replicating a double sided hand embroidered Tribute/Parade flag . The original flag being 40 years old and created in discontinued fabric and antiquated methods assembled overseas. My challenge was to honor those exact specifications to replicate it for a new "Anniversary Flag" to "Retire and Mount" the old one in our clubhouse. The short deadline and limited supplies were met with grace , assembled and delivered early . it proudly flew the very next week at the 40th Flag anniversary at the General Von Steuben parade in NYC. An incredible tribute to a work of art assembled by the Gates Flag Family . You exceeded all expectations . We at the Deutscher Club Clark NJ ~~~ Thank you !

I mis-understood the listing for a… I mis-understood the listing for a small flag I bought for my grandson. A call to Gates to re-order a missing part lead me to ask for a reduced shipping charge for the additional part.
