I used Live Chat for support and it was… I used Live Chat for support and it was timely and convenient as I was into an issue. The issue pertained to a theme Option that was enabled but had not been rolled out and should have been disabled. Support did wonderful finding the answers for me. However, it is a major flaw in development to allow the feature to be enabled if it was not released. Fortunately, it does not prevent the theme from being installed or function normally. The theme is wp-blogging.

Perfect support I bought a theme some years ago and it still works very well. Last week I needed support and they were kind, prompt and helpful.

No Support for refunds, no response in 4 weeks. Had a annual subscription with them but stopped using their product. The following subscription came out which I’d overlooked. Contacted them to get a refund, several times, and have no no responses at all. Even their forums are being porn spammed so I guess they’ve gone under. *Do not spend your money here*

They have a great Support System They have a great Support System, and they are very friendly and supportive. And, I also like there Theme. It's very nice and responsively fast.
