I could not be more disappointed!! I could not be more disappointed with this company! I ordered a month ago and they still have not shipped the products that I ordered. When I contacted them about what was going on they just passed the blame down the line and took no responsibility for the delay! I gave them a few more days to get it figured out or I will be requesting a full refund. At this point i feel like they just stole my money with no plans on sending me anything, I'm sure thats not the case but that's sure as hell how it feels!! I would recommend taking your business else where and order nothing from this company!!!!

Oil Absorbent Socks Ordered a case of oil absorbent socks and after the shipping arrangements were done, it was sent out quickly. The socks work nicely for skimming off oil that is floating on the surface of the water without collecting water in them. Good products, fast shipping.....will order from this company again.

The e-net shopping experience was OK The e-net shopping experience was OK, but during check-out I was given a $ amount as to what I owed, so, i arranged with my credit card company to pay that amount ... But, the total amount was actually more than I had arranged for, so, when your company tried to collect, my bank considered it as a fraudulent amount and would not allow the transaction to complete. Now, you lost a sale and I wasted my time spent on your web-site.

I had ordered 4 wardrobe cabinets when … I had ordered 4 wardrobe cabinets when the cabinets arrived the the 3 point locking rod assembly was missing on all 4 of the cabinets. Now I have 4 cabinets that I can do nothing with. I tried emailing customer service about my issue and have not received any email or information back.

I am chopped liver. I was informed that one of the items I ordered is discontinued. I suggest updating the website. The company cancelled the order, since it was just shy of half a $500 minimum order they require. So much for any future orders with me, there are plenty of other companies that are pleased with any size order, if even $1.
