I wish I had read reviews first on this… I wish I had read reviews on this company before engaging with them. I tried on several attempts to contact them regarding a charge for a renewed subscription that I did not authorise without success. I then cancelled my subscription via PayPal on the same day they charged me for the unauthorised renewed description, and lodged a dispute with PayPal. Responses from the company via the PayPal system were just shy of sounding like a templated generic response. The final message was to the effect of ‘sorry all sales are final’. If I could give a zero rating, I would. I cannot comment on the infographic products as I actually cancelled after the free trial period but was charged for the 1st year. Never opened any emails after the trial as I found the infographics simplistic and unimaginable.

I wonder what else they are hiding. It's dishonest marketing. The templates are very basic and not terribly inspired, but if that's what you like then you might be satisfied. What I don't like is that this is not the woman in the profile image. The profile image they use is a stock image - so they are pretending to be someone they are not just for the sake of marketing. I don't think women should be treated like we are stupid. It really does not matter who the creator is, so why take a stock image and pretend to be someone you are not? When you lie to people as the core part of your marketing tactic it makes me wonder what else you lie about. Also, all the 5 star reviews on here and Facebook are all from FAKE accounts. So... that tells a story!

Easy to adapt to any business and affordable I have had the templates a few days and have only made a handful of posts, but they are very user friendly and easy to adapt to pretty much any business model. So nice not having to recreate the wheel each time I want to post !

Creative rock star I absolutely love the templates I received and started using them right away! This has saved me hours of time. I have limited creativity when it come to graphic design but Lady Strategist make me look like a creative rock star! Forever grateful!
