Despite my cancelation they charged me for 2023. They took 15 days to reply and refund. Now in 2024, the charged me AGAIN more than 350$ and NO response on instagram, no response by email. This girl is a thief!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HER. Same templates are free of charge on canva!!!

Didn't know where to start and I've been following Ladystrategist for months. I love her work and now I am using her 950+ templates made-for-you. It's saving me so much time, am really grateful.

I wish I had read reviews first on this… I wish I had read reviews on this company before engaging with them. I tried on several attempts to contact them regarding a charge for a renewed subscription that I did not authorise without success. I then cancelled my subscription via PayPal on the same day they charged me for the unauthorised renewed description, and lodged a dispute with PayPal. Responses from the company via the PayPal system were just shy of sounding like a templated generic response. The final message was to the effect of ‘sorry all sales are final’. If I could give a zero rating, I would. I cannot comment on the infographic products as I actually cancelled after the free trial period but was charged for the 1st year. Never opened any emails after the trial as I found the infographics simplistic and unimaginable.

For the price, these are quite amazing For the price, these templates are really great. Super easy to customize and nice design elements. I highly recommend and hope she'll consider doing some photography template ones....pretty please.
