Do not use this service This company charged me for my order but did not deliver my transcripts. Could not reach their "24/7" support staff via email or phone. Ultimately had to stop payment, but lost valuable time in getting transcripts completed. Seems like a scam to me.

Excellent service, will use again. I regularly use Transcripty to transcribe the hours of business seminars I attend, as it is helpful to be able to refer to the advice from more than just my notes. The transcriptions are always delivered on time, and are free of errors. I greatly appreciate their efforts, especially considering the difficulty of transcribing a speaker talking to a crowd.
