GBThe only affordable place to stream Cleveland Indians Selection is amazing and definitely 5 start for value. I agree with others that the UI has a little to be desired, but we are LOVING it so far! Live sports was the last missing piece for us to be able to cut the cord as we are in Cleveland and our Indians' games are now only available on Bally who doesn't provide games on any other streaming service except AT&T.

GBCustomer since last year Been a customer since last year. It used to have more channels then including HBO and Showtime, but I mainly used it to watch the Angels/MLB. This year, everything was fine, except when I traveled outside of the country and forgot to renew my monthly subscription, when I returned I wasn't allowed to renew. And it appears that I'm not alone. Apparently, Uzzu isn't allowing any "new" customers, meaning the service might be shutting down soon. So, if you're still a customer, be careful about not allowing your account to expire, or you won't be allowed back in.

GBThis company and customer service is… This company and customer service is garbage. I signed up for the annual pass, and since our internet is so slow and the games kept buffering I tried to cancel and get a refund after 4 months. Even though they say you can cancel at any time, customer service went silent when I said I wanted a reimbursement for months I will never use. They haven't responded to six emails. Crooks.

GBAll the sports anyone will need both home and away. I have had it since YTTV lost the RSN's. The problem I believe a lot of people have is having strong internet, a router that self updates and ideally, hard wired. Yes, it can freeze from time to time, but a refresh generally takes care of it. If you are using Firestick, it is best to clear the cache + restarting the system. This will improve your watching experience.

GBQuality Video Quality of video is very good. Only occasional streaming errors that might not be Uzzu's fault. Guide and finding what you want to watch can be challenging. Guide us not very intuitive but once user understands how it works you can navigate to where you want to be. A 'Last Channel' button would be nice.
