Service is GARBAGE this year. Continuous latency and buffering. I'm 1/2 way thru my second subscription (specifically to watch Diamondbacks baseball) and UZZU is unwatchable. I have over 100MPS download speed (verified) The service has been total garbage so far this baseball season. I'm calling to cancel and if I can't get through I'm driving to Wyoming to get the balance of my money back. Bite the bullet and buy the MLB package that's what I'm going to do.

Completely unusable Completely unusable. Paid for a year mostly to watch NFL and NHL. Literally freezes every 10 seconds on one firestick (inches away from the wireless device and every few minutes on another on another floor. You can't call and talk to a tech. Followed their tech procedure to email my test and wireless speed (well over 100Mps) and parameters, took a screenshot and sent to the company. No response. Total waste of money. Can't use, obviously will not be renewing.

Unable to Renew As others have mentioned, my monthly subscription ran out on 06/13/22 and I tried to renew on 06/17/22. I got the following message from Uzzu Customer Support: Hi, We do really apologize for the inconvenience dear. Our new policies are not accepting the entries (new accounts / renew subscriptions) for the time being. If there is any acceptance we'll let you know via email.

Quality Video Quality of video is very good. Only occasional streaming errors that might not be Uzzu's fault. Guide and finding what you want to watch can be challenging. Guide us not very intuitive but once user understands how it works you can navigate to where you want to be. A 'Last Channel' button would be nice.

Customer since last year Been a customer since last year. It used to have more channels then including HBO and Showtime, but I mainly used it to watch the Angels/MLB. This year, everything was fine, except when I traveled outside of the country and forgot to renew my monthly subscription, when I returned I wasn't allowed to renew. And it appears that I'm not alone. Apparently, Uzzu isn't allowing any "new" customers, meaning the service might be shutting down soon. So, if you're still a customer, be careful about not allowing your account to expire, or you won't be allowed back in.
