GBThey just don't care Waiting for response to an escalated complaint. Absolutely nothing from them despite repeated attempts to contact them. If it doesn't benefit them they just don't care. I notice from TrustPilot stats that Pinterest do not reply to any negative reviews. They just don't care

CAHORRIBLE experience with them HORRIBLE experience with them! They treat their customers like crap and are unrealistic on what they "require" to be approved for new merchants. Waste of time... AVOID!

GBI had over 6.2 followers and following I had over 6.2 followers and following. They just disappeared and when I requested help they said some lie that I reactivated my account. No I didn't. They never give correct answers or help. I have deactivated my account in the past but that does not remove who I'm following or my followers. Horrible customer service. I get emails saying they've removed posts but never show you even tho it says click here to see the pin. I don't post anything controversial. In fact part of my name is NO PORN AND NO NUDITY. If I didn't have tons of posts about my murdered son I would DELETE this horrible website. They are terrible at helping any problems!!!

GBJUST DON'T They seriously need to tighten up their rules. Allowing obvious scams to run ads on their site is just not cool. I got burned by one myself. There was this fake company pretending to be legit. Luckily, I got my cash back and reported them. But guess what? I'm scrolling through the site later, and boom, there's another ad from those same scammers! Like, seriously, they're acting like nothing happened. So, my advice: don't click on anything linked to them.

GBThe absolute worst platform imaginable The absolute worst platform imaginable. I've LITERALLY been emailing back and forth with 'customer service' (what a joke to even call it that) for 3 months trying to get them to help me upload a product catalog. If it weren't so unbelievably infuriating, it would make a great SNL skit. It should not be allowed that a platform of this size make it so incredibly complicated to navigate as a business owner trying to understand and take advantage of their offerings, and then have ZERO live customer service support. I will not be using this platform any longer. Which is really unfortunate, because I was really hoping it would be a beneficial one for me.
