I've LITERALLY been emailing back and forth with 'customer service' (what a joke to even call it that) for 3 months trying to get them to help me upload a product catalog. If it weren't so unbelievably infuriating, it would make a great SNL skit. It should not be allowed that a platform of this size make it so incredibly complicated to navigate as a business owner trying to understand and take advantage of their offerings, and then have ZERO live customer service support. I will not be using this platform any longer. Which is really unfortunate, because I was really hoping it would be a beneficial one for me.

Pinterest supports known Scammers Pinterest knowingly and willingly allow scam artists on their platform. Complaints are received and responded to with a copy / paste answer. They know it and would rather make advertising revenue over protecting their subscriber base. They have dozens as we speak. Theyre not “looking into it” rather they are supporting it. I’m dedicating time and resources to expose their business practices.

JUST DON'T They seriously need to tighten up their rules. Allowing obvious scams to run ads on their site is just not cool. I got burned by one myself. There was this fake company pretending to be legit. Luckily, I got my cash back and reported them. But guess what? I'm scrolling through the site later, and boom, there's another ad from those same scammers! Like, seriously, they're acting like nothing happened. So, my advice: don't click on anything linked to them.

ALLOW PINNING TO THE SAME BOARD AT ONCE ALLOW PINNING TO THE SAME BOARD AT ONCE For some reason Pinterest (desktop) decided to stop allowing multiple images from one site to be pinned to the same board - you have to manually go and select the board each time for each image. This wastes so much time, especially when you are pinning to a section on a board (which I usually am). I will never use the Pinterest app, I only use it on my computer. Also, my board covers are all wrong, don't fit properly/are cropped wrong and I can't fix them. In reality Pinterest is not 1 star, but I'm angry they don't listen to customer feedback. I've been a Pinterest user for over 10 years, and it used to be great.
