A lot of friction I am very disappointed with Give Forward and their process of payment and lack of customer service. We Pay was very helpful in getting the funds to our bank account but I got little to no help from Give Forward. Their customer service was very rude and matter of fact and just told me to speak to We Pay for help. No follow up, no concern about not funding the bank account which was rejected 3 times. I expected more from a company who was trying to help individuals in need, but their lack of response and help has proven otherwise!

FRAUD FRAUD. Giveforward allows fraud by not checking accuracy of requests- Anyone can post anything to receive donation through Giveforward. see Nadine Kpanou fundraising request.

Terrible experience! This company allowed someone who enjoys spreading lies about innocent people to sweet talk the company into having that innocent person's fundraiser shut down. I had anple proof to back up my clain but this company showed a lack of compassion and morals. I will never use this company again nor will I refer people to it.

Review of give Forward My brother was diagnosed with tongue cancer about 3 months after being laid off....we needed to find raise asap and used GF. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.....I understand fees but for 8% of what we raise the customer service is slow, I always have to leave a message and be threatening to get a quick call back and they are not helpful. They shared our posts and other information on the social media without consent and said we had to opt out vs opt in (it should be the other way around)...so we had no idea until private updates went public (HIPPA violations). I cannot retrieve my password and when I asked for help it took 30 min to get someone to know that they could easily reset my password for me when it was a very very simple task. I could go on and on and on....use someone else or figure out a way to get donations directly on Facebook or somewhere where the fees aren't this high and get nothing for it.

Generally a great experience/opportunity for fundraising What I don't like...google my name or any of the team members (including my 14yo) and links come up including pictures that were added in the giveforward listing. I don't like that anyone can find this readily available. I did this to help my best friend's daughter, I did not do this for people in my past to get a look into my life or that of my daughters. I thought the info/pics I provided would be kept within the site, not spread to search engines.
