GBNeeds improvement We've been using Sentry for several years and it's apparent that they need to improve upon their product knowledge as well as add more project managers. The constant follow up is an added source of friction. The people are nice but overall there is a lot of room for improvement.

GBThis company will sell you equipment… This company will sell you equipment that you don’t need. They were hired to install fire monitoring equipment I never did. However, they charged my card almost $3000 and already billed me for a monitoring system that I don’t have. They lied to my homeowners insurance and almost cost me my policy. This company is fraudulent, and I’m not sure how a place like this stays in business. I’m looking forward to filing a law suit for my refund and being as much public knowledge of their dirty practices.
