Very poor support experience Very poor support experience. I uploaded all the documents that they were asking. Nevermind the fact that they were rejected, I just asked what was the issue and how I could fix it, but no response. Wrote support again, still no answer. ery unprofessional.

Negative experience I was trying to set up internet acquiring for my website. I'm located in Georgia (country), so there is no Stripe here, for example. After several weeks of operation, Fasterpay stopped accepting payments and I was informed that Georgia is no longer supported. However, I have not been able to withdraw the money and moreover I have not been able to return the money to the buyers. Support is responding very slowly. UPD: After 6 months, I managed to withdraw the money.

Applications take forever I will be fair I haven’t used FasterPay yet so I will not give a full review but it has been very frustrating to open an account. I am currently in a sticky situation where Im launching a new drop and getting a payment provider is very time sensitive for me I made it clear that it was but have yet to hear back on my application. At first I opened an account thinking I could integrate it to my shopify but my application took over a week to be checked and I was told it was a personal account and I needed a business. I have now opened a business account and still have yet to hear back on my approval, it has taken way longer then it should have their response times are very slow (customer service/application review)

Waste of time Waste of time. Seemingly has payment processing issue since October 23. What's the point of using a payment service that keeps on having issues with processing payments?

Fraudulent unreliable company Fraudulent unreliable company. If you are European and you use virtual Visa Cards know that you will get your account blocked if you add more than four visa cards. If those cards are single-use, then you can only use FasterPay four times before you get your account suspended. After you get your account suspended they will ask you for private information that violates the Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Stay away from this sketchy company and use something safe like PayPal.
