CAI would like to say that my recent… I would like to say that my recent experience with Choptank Transport has been greatly satisfying. I just finished dealing with Ms. Bobbi Stubbs at the Preston, Maryland office and found that she has a high level of customer service. She never fails to answer a telephone call or answer her e-mail. When my driver was having an issue with a load, she immediately called her customer and rectified the situation. She is definitely an asset to Choptank Transport and I would recommend that anyone dealing with her will be truly satisfied.

GBNicole Newman is by far the super star… Nicole Newman is by far the super star of this company. I can't imagine doing business with anyone else. Her willingness to help is only surpass by her determination to provide excellent customer service. Danielle and and Tim are also fantastic. Just all around great service.

GBBefore Hub Group took over Choptank… Before Hub Group took over Choptank they were my favorite broker. I worked as an agent for several large major carriers before getting my own company started. Now I own my own company they won’t load my trucks because I worked as a dispatcher for other companies. Makes no sense at all. Trying to call compliance is just a nightmare there is no one to help. I am a perfect carrier 100% on time. Excellent ratings and this broker or rather Hub Group don’t care. Horrible experience with Hub Group.

GBAwful awful awful Awful awful awful, this is the most unreasonable trucking experience I have had in 20yrs of trucking, we ran a load, picked up ontime, delivered ontime did exactly as we were contracted to do as we always strive to do, there was several pallets left on the truck (overage) we reported it as we should, broker told us she's waiting on a response from customer (fair) after the she totally ignored us, didn't respond to our emails, it took 24hrs and me sending the an email letting her know I was going to report that my truck was held hostage to get a response. The decision was she's gonna pay a layover $250 then dictated to us that out truck should take the load somewhere else for $45 and she is not paying anymore. Now am left with no choice than to take legal actions.

GBCAN'T GET PAYMENT They booked the load from us and ended up to be a dry run. After all the back and forth, they never respond the email and calls. Payment was pending since April and now it's been 4 months now! Please do not work with them and get yourself into a trouble
