Shittest brokerage company ever Shittest brokerage company ever. They cancel your loads when you wait at the shippers for more than 4 hrs and do not even pay TONU. Never ever get lods from them especially Crystal Shuyler. She is the worst broker I have ever experienced. I do not k ow how this company is working with suck kind of unprofessional brokers.

Strongly encourage people to reach out to Rachel directly if you have any freight loads that MUST be on time at a specific location. Rachel offers competitive rates as well, even when we receive a quote that is $200-$300 cheaper I prefer to give our business directly to Rachel as I know that she will make it happen on time and on schedule.
