GBI have used multiple whistle products… I have used multiple whistle products and I finally had enough so I'm writing a review. Every time I'm going on vacation or anywhere where I would actually need to whistle it turns out whistle is not working the app is frozen you need to reset the device etc etc basically meaning to keep the device working plan and debugging it once a month. Not to mention the GPS location is so inaccurate if you need to find your dog I hope you can yell across three or 400 yards. Truly a disgrace of a simple device. Stay away Oh and they are not giving me my money back per their contract because my credit card has expired so they are keeping my money as punishment for my card expiring.

GBThis is an excellent product This is an excellent product! It tracks everything to help monitor your dogs wellness. Super easy to use and the support from the company is outstanding. Love getting weekly updates of how my dog did and the daily positive affirmations when we meet our exercise goal is very sweet.

GBWhistle is our pacifier! We have Whistle to help locate our free range dog, Leo when we are leaving or going in for the night. It’s was a necessity when he was young and wild. Now that he’s 9 he doesn’t run off but we like being able to find him when needed. The activity reports are also interesting and comforting to get. I tell everyone who inquires about what the device on the collar does, that it’s our pacifier!

GBDon't buy this collar Don't buy this collar. Not user friendly. I never actually used the collars and forgot I had signed up for a multi year subscription. Yes that is an additional cost. Thank goodness my card on file needed to be upgraded so they reached out via email. I responded no to the new subscription especially since I live in Spain where the App doesn't even work. I requested Whistle terminate my subscription immediately and send proof that it has been done and that my personal data has been removed from their databases. Ironically they have frozen my account where I wouldn't be able to access even if I wanted. Horrible customer support, no sense of urgency.
