PKWorst technical support Worst customer and technical support offered by hosting24. I wanted to switch my website from cpanel to their hpanel (both hosted with them). There was no option cancel or switch the cpanel hosting so I had to ask the customer service team to cancel the cpanel plan. They were not able to remove my domain from it. Once it was cancelled the new hosting simply rejected it saying it's already hosted. The technical wasn't able to solve this for 10hours and they still are. This caused a significant offline time for my website and resulted in loss of revenue. I also had a similar experience with registering a domain with them which Required extra requirements. All the documents were provided yet the took 10 days to register. Worst technical support I have ever encountered.

DENot that good for Reseller hosting I used hosting24 before shifting to site hosting club. Hosting24 is overpriced and performance is too bad. I don't recommend

BDNumber one scammer in world I am an old customer of them and I have a 14 years old domain there which value is much now. They suspend it without any reason and never inform me about it. Suddenly I noticed my domain suspend. If you have any hosting or domain with hosting24 or hostinger make sure to switch soon.

PTWebsite goes down, support doesn't help I've been a client of this hosting company for several years, only because I had the sad idea of paying several years at once, due to a discount. Can't count how many times my website went down with no reason. I send them emails, hours later they say they'll check, reply with reasons I can't understand and each email takes a day to answered. Sometimes you get a helpful person, often times they just don't care as I am locked to a plan that is paid for. Once they suggested that I should go for a more expensive plan to solve some of my problems, but obviously it didn't change a thing.

NZI have been using hosting24 for about 10 years I have been using hosting24 for about 10 years now. And typically they have been good. But for the past two years i have had a few issues with my email and website when they change over servers. Thursday my website and emails went down and have been waiting frustratingly trying to get a honest response and back up and running. This is now going on FOUR DAYS and they still haven’t fixed the problem. This is unacceptable, and kills businesses with these types of disruptions
