NEVER EVER BUY HERE AGAIN! I will never buy at hosting24 ever again! Customer service have a bad atitude! when i requested a cancel of my domain they charged me for a whole ekstra month, i requested a refund of that because their support made a mistake and charge med ekstra (Wich can happend for everyone), but afterwards i was promised a refund of those money, never seen a sight of them. requested them one more time and they refuse to give me back the money because i return after their 30 days money back! (1st. request was about 14 days after).

Refund rejected! After using hosting24 for several months I've disappointed and moved all my sites to another hosting and forgot to cancel annual subscription. When I got a notification from Paypal about payment I immediately requested account cancellation and refund. Refund was rejected because it's possible for new subscribers only!!!

Excellent The technical service is perfect (no great trouble since i started with Hosting24 nearly 10 years ago with a free hosting plan). SInce then, I asked their support a couple of time and they answered quickly, nicely and beahaved professionnally. I strongly recommand this hosting company that cares of its free "clients" with the same concern as if they were VIP customers.

Worst technical support Worst customer and technical support offered by hosting24. I wanted to switch my website from cpanel to their hpanel (both hosted with them). There was no option cancel or switch the cpanel hosting so I had to ask the customer service team to cancel the cpanel plan. They were not able to remove my domain from it. Once it was cancelled the new hosting simply rejected it saying it's already hosted. The technical wasn't able to solve this for 10hours and they still are. This caused a significant offline time for my website and resulted in loss of revenue. I also had a similar experience with registering a domain with them which Required extra requirements. All the documents were provided yet the took 10 days to register. Worst technical support I have ever encountered.

Number one scammer in world I am an old customer of them and I have a 14 years old domain there which value is much now. They suspend it without any reason and never inform me about it. Suddenly I noticed my domain suspend. If you have any hosting or domain with hosting24 or hostinger make sure to switch soon.
