Fast delivery, good quality I received my order in good time. The backdrop was good quality, although as it was folded, the printing rubbed off on the backdrop, but after a wash it was good.

High-quality The backdrop that I received was extremely high-quality. It did take some time to get to me because it was out in the regular warehouse so they had to get it shipped from another warehouse, but overall the wait was worth it. The backdrop was extremely beautiful high-quality definitely above my expectations

I'm SOLD on Kate Backdrops! I don't think I will ever buy a backdrop from anywhere else! I now have three and each one has surpassed my expectations (Christmas, Spring Flowers, Mother's Day Greenhouse). Great quality, love the hanging pocket, colors are vibrant, tons of options, lots of fun for the creative minds!

I requested a refund and was denied it I requested a refund due to lack of quality and looks different as advertised. The company was difficult and told me they don’t do refunds based on my personal reasons, basically refusing to give me a refund and asked me to send a picture of the backdrop. I will never purchase anything again from this company nor recommend anyone else to. I feel like I was scammed.

All of the blind boxes were super weird… All of the blind boxes were super weird small and ugly backdrops. I feel like they just send all the backdrops that nobody wants on those blind boxes. I got Christmas theme backdrops in March I wish I had gotten Spring or summer backdrops instead. I am definitely not buying blind boxes ever again.
