Texas I'm an artist and I wanted to make a simple book, a collection of my favorite photographs. I ordered a 5'' x 7'' linen hardcover. They sent me a thorough mock-up before the book was made, to make sure everything was correct. Fedex shipping, arrived exactly on the day that was estimated. The book itself is superb quality, perfect! Came inside a matching box. Could not ask for anything more! I will definitely recommend to others and I will definitely order again in the future. Only criticism I can think of is I wish there was an official FlipChap app on the app store. 5 stars!

I am taken aback by the quality of my… I am taken aback by the quality of my Flipchap album! What was the absolute best part of this process was the customer service. I was certain it would take weeks to process my order, but I received the whole thing within 10 days of placing the order. As I'm an amateur when it comes to photo books, I nearly immediately received an individualized email from customer service, making sure my placement was as I wished, and offering helpful suggestions. Great quality, difficult UI The quality of the album was great and I really appreciated the end product. That being said, I had a really hard time with the user interface creating the album. I’m used to sites like Shutterfly that help more with pre-populating the albums or providing more grid lines and templates for the albums.
