Highly recommend! Quality product, Excellent customer service I recently purchased my first FlipChap book and was very impressed with the end to end experience! I was looking for a photo book with a linen cover and couldn't find many photo book providers that had what I was looking for. It was super easy to add photos and text and design the book exactly as I wanted. When I ran into some issues, I used the chatbox on the website and immediately received help from a very responsive and helpful customer service agent who continued to follow up via email to make sure I was taken care of. Overall, excellent customer service and was super happy with the finished product which arrived a couple weeks ago. Five stars!

Great customization, even better customer service Chose FlipChap for the small detail customization options that other big brand's like Shutterfly just don't offer. The photo book customization software was also super easy to use. But my biggest reason for the 5 star review was by far the customer service I received from Daniel. He emailed me to alert me of a potential error in my design so that it could be corrected before printing. He also spoke in a kind but personal way, not the cold, robotic, scripted way that you get from most online retailers; having that real human interaction makes the customer service so much better (and I wish other companies would realize that). Highly recommend FlipChap! Will use again for sure!

They have very beautiful Photo Book! They have very beautiful Photo Book! I designed it through the site, and they printed it and sent it. The Book is wonderful, with a hardcover and thick pages, and the printed photos are on high quality! In the package there are also: the custody of the book, rigid and very beautiful, small photos, bookmarks and a small calendar, always with my photos. It's a little expensive but if you want to give a gift, or have a nice memory of your photos, it's really perfect!

I am taken aback by the quality of my… I am taken aback by the quality of my Flipchap album! What was the absolute best part of this process was the customer service. I was certain it would take weeks to process my order, but I received the whole thing within 10 days of placing the order. As I'm an amateur when it comes to photo books, I nearly immediately received an individualized email from customer service, making sure my placement was as I wished, and offering helpful suggestions.
