No Need to Leave Home I didn't have to leave my home to get my passport photos taken, thanks to this service. The process was simple and easy, and the photos were compliant with all the requirements.

Horrible customer service I ordered a passport photo and my initial photo passed their initial AI screening but not second screening. I was sent a link to retake my photo which I did the next day. I was billed twice in the process. They didn't believe me and I to provide proof that I was billed twice by submitting credit card statement. I never received a tacking number despite asking multiple times and never received photos after two weeks of back and forth with customer service. Will never use or recommend again.

I never received my digital order or… I never received my digital order or confirmation email but my credit card was charged. I have been emailing their support people all day without any resolution. There is no phone number to call and I keep getting emails requesting the same information over and over telling me they are unable to locate my order. I will never be using this service again

too dark to be useful, waisted a bundle of $$ the photos arrives in a speedy manner, but are totally unusable , since they are so very dark I cannot even recognize the faces, therefore I waisted almost $50.oo on nothing. Maybe you can look at the files and reprint them and make sure they are acceptable to the passport office. The process of it all seemed so very good and I'm really disappointed.

Paid for Passport Photos thinking this… Paid for Passport Photos thinking this was a legit company that had correct directions on how to have someone take your photo using the systems website biometrics. Wrong! Went to Walgreens to print per the instructions you provided, photo came out too large and didn't meet the photo size 2 x 2 requirements. Ended up having to go to a different company who took legit passport photos and printed the correct size. Wish I could get my money back from you guys...since your services literally didn't do as advertised or promised.
