Super easy Super easy. It ends up being a little more expensive, than getting it done at CVS Walgreens or FedEx but you have convenience of taking your pictures at home, whenever you want and I also like that you can take as many pictures as you want until you get the one you like the best.

Refund without quibble The service was very quick but when I submitted the photos the UK Passport Office (PO) rejected them due to shading on one side of my face. I then discovered that I could take a 'selfie' myself and submit it directly to the PO and they would check it - did so and it was accepted first time round. I complained to Passportphotos.com about the photo they said was OK not being accepted by the PO and they refunded my money very promptly.

Taking the photo and having it verified was very easy, and the instructions provided with the photo were easy to follow. This is a great service since so many CVS stores in NYC no longer take passport photos.
