I then made the purchase on a Saturday afternoon & my order was packaged up & sent that day & I received it on Monday! She had wrapped up everything beautifully & w/care! I order a bed and after you charged me… I order a bed and after you charged me I never heard from you until I contacted you asking about my order. I never got an answer until I got a refund without explaining why. Item is not available, sold out,will be available later or what????
