Absolutely terrible Absolutely terrible. I ordered a collar for my dogs birthday back in October. I did not receive it until January!! Not only was it late but they sent the wrong collar…and whats more I have tried multiple times to locate the company via telephone/text/email and Instagram and i have not gotten a response anywhere!!!! This is beyond unacceptable. I will be reaching out to my bank.

Bark Fifth Avenue is incredible Bark Fifth Avenue is incredible! The customer service off the charts! I made an inquiry & received an immediate response! I then made the purchase on a Saturday afternoon & my order was packaged up & sent that day & I received it on Monday! She had wrapped up everything beautifully & w/care! I’m completely won over with this fabulous boutique !!

I order a bed and after you charged me… I order a bed and after you charged me I never heard from you until I contacted you asking about my order. I never got an answer until I got a refund without explaining why. Item is not available, sold out,will be available later or what????

Amazing products! The owner has created a niche in dog products in the Atlanta market - with Buckhead booming with new upscale fashion stores at Streets of Buckhead, she has taken the lead in his trend and applied it to dogs....amazing stuff

FABULOUS!!! I would 1000 percent recommend Bark Fifth Ave. to anyone- every time. They are definitely one of my puppy, Liv's, and my favorites. Their fantastic customer service is hands down the best that we've come across. Their handwritten notes(with every order) are sure to brighten anyone's day. The order updates from purchase date to received date are excellent. And the timeliness of each order is on point! Being highly selective and avid shoppers, Liv and I are always on the lookout for the "creme de la creme" and we've definitely found a diamond with this store! We just adore Bark Fifth Ave.!!!
