GBHorrible/nonexistent customer service Horrible/nonexistent customer service No one has, to this date, replied to any of my emails, texts, or phone calls. When I try to call customer service, there is either a busy signal, or it says the call cannot be answered at this time. The item I ordered is not the right fit for my pet, but I have no way to return the item because there's no form on the website to do so, and no one will respond to my messages. It's horribly frustrating, and I do not understand how they are still in business at this point, but I do not recommend shopping there.

GBPersonal shopping for doggies. Beautiful boutique. You and your pup are treated with kindness and given a one on one personal shopping experience. You do not feel rushed or pressured. You just feel welcome and it's like shopping with a friend. Bark Fifth Ave wraps gifts in the most beautiful way which is a present in itself. A very enjoyable way to spend time with your dog or for your dog. They sell healthy treats and one brand is made by a local dog bakery that are super healthy - grain free options and the pups Luv them.
