GBGood Luck trying to cancel Elavon! We canceled our service with Elavon in November 2021, but they did not stop charging us until July 2023. They said we canceled PCI Compliance, but not our service. Does that make sense? We have contacted them multiple times, only to be told that a supervisor would call us back and guess what, that has not happened. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

CAElavon made a big JOKE with me on my vacation I was on vacation. My Converge online payment link stop working. Called support but they verified every details like bank account number, merchant id but didn't help me because they need batch ID, terminal number(which they think i always carry with me like a phone). The rep disconnected call which they not suppose. I decided to end up, 3rd attempt with rep they connected me customer service and that rep helped me to close my account by verifying all details. He said it was sad that you didn't got tech support which I suppose to get. Big surprise for me they didn't activate my online payment link but they CANCELED MERCHANT ACCOUNT with same verificayion details. GBThis company is truly a thieve This company is truly a thieve, I will be having investigation on this company. They have charged excess money, taking money and holding a money that they are not authorized, I will be put a legal complain with the government and I will follow the investigation to the last minute of it. we have been closely watching this company and soon it will be in the news.

GBComplicated customer service The man I talked to to sign up my account was very nice and helpful. Not to long after using it the card reader it broke so we got a different card reader (square) and stopped using the old one. We got a letter saying we owed money a few months later. We called to close the account and pay the fees but the gentleman (Paul I believe) we talk to was very rude to me and my mother and very unprofessional as we are just trying to figure this out. I talk to someone else a lady didn’t catch her name but was in the recovery department she was very helpful and nice and we ended up figuring everything out! So mixed reviews on this company kind of confusing to figure out.
