Worse customer service imaginable Worse customer service imaginable. My account somehow started being used by hackers for unauthorized voice authorizations so they can verify stolen cards. I was charged for months on end for these charges and nothing was done. I called almost a dozen times and finally at the end they send me a notice saying they are terminating their relationship with me and my services are no longer active. I was never even credited back for those charges. Never will do business with them again.

Absolutely terrible Absolutely terrible! Closed account and was still getting charged every month for fees. Not only for one account but for an old account we stopped using over a year ago with no refunds given. Said they will put in a request but it’s been months. Go with a smaller company, this one is terrible and too many people and reps to try and keep track of. I’m guessing they want it this way..

This company sucks This company sucks. Not sure how or why they're connected to Costco but they're worthless. I switched to them only after finding them through Costco site. They approved my account then once I started processing held up account for additional info which I then provided only to find out I was still under "review." The arbitrary hold ended up costing me about $300. Customer service/fraud doesn't respond but sign up/sales sure does. My recommendation is to look elsewhere.

Elavon Stealed $6000 from me Elavon Stole $6000 from me. I already file a complaint with FTC. Unfortunately they don’t investigate individual case. We should unite together to file complaints to FTC and file a classified law suit. There is already a law suit against Elavon on PCI noncompliance fee. Please contact following law offices if you are interested. Scam company, Avoid at all costs I made the mistake of trusting Costco's relationship with Elavon for the credit card processing for my business. I won't do that again after this ordeal that continues to this day, nearly 9 months after I started with Elavon. Costco was zero help in resolving this issue. After the first few successful transactions, Elavon held the next few successful charges totaling over $7,500 with no explanation for why, except that they didn’t want to do business with me anymore, then terminated my account. There were no suspicious or fraudulent charges, or no chargebacks or refund requests in the short 30 days they processed my charges. In fact, they approved and allowed the charges to go through, then held my money and have done so to this day. They even charged me the processing fees for the transactions that they illegally withheld. These illegally held monies nearly put my young company out of business because I had to deliver what my customers bought without the money I needed to deliver on those purchases. This meant nothing to Elavon when I explained it. I have all documentation to prove their horribly unethical and illegal behavior as I have described. And from my research, there is no regulatory oversite for companies such as this, so they continue their unethical, illegal actions with impunity. Thank goodness for platforms like Trustpilot that allow business owners to warn others of unscrupulous companies like Elavon. Their so-called fraud department is actually the one perpetrating their fraud on small businesses like mine, which I unfortunately found out only after I engaged them as my payment processing vendor. Had I not trusted Costco, and done my normal due diligence, I would have realized that my experience wasn’t unique, as is evident from the many one-star reviews here and on other review platforms. After six months of holding my funds illegally I requested for them to be released and I heard nothing back. Don’t believe any of their PR answers to the 1000+ one-star reviews here. They are a scam operator that I can’t believe has not been shut down yet by banking regulators. Stay clear of this company for your own good.
